In May 2006 Paul R. Fleischman will be on a five country visit in Europe and Israel giving a series of conference presentations and public talks both to the general public and to professional groups.

Paul R. Fleischman is an American psychiatrist. He is also husband, father, Vipassana teacher and an eloquent writer and orator. Mr. Fleischman has been asked by S.N. Goenka to explain Vipassana to professionals and others in the West.

Paul R. Fleischman is the author of various books, i.e., . The Buddha Taught Non Violence, Not Pacifism, Karma and Chaos, and Spiritual Aspects of Psychiatric Practice. He has also published articles in a number of scholarly journals like Landscape, Nature and The Yale Review. He has been honoured by the American Psychiatric Association with the Oskar Pfister Award.

Paul R. Fleischman has been invited by various organisations to give lectures to professionals but also to the general public.

These talks and lectures are an opportunity for those who are interested to get in contact with Vipassana meditation.
